2. Time - cell phone- and disruption-free
*If the meeting is in the Orlando metropolitan area. If not, then we require only that our travel expenses be covered.

Our getting-acquainted meeting will be one-on-one with whoever knows the most about your organization, preferably the business owner. We will ask for background information on your company, ask questions, and focus on your immediate needs.
After the meeting, within four business days, you will receive a report containing recommendations for our continued business relationship, assuming that it is within our scope to offer you solutions.
